How It All Started
Four years studying for my BA in English Philology & Literature, followed by two more years completing my MA in English Linguistics, set me up on the path to becoming an EFL teacher in Malta.
As a native Bulgarian speaker, I benefited greatly from teaching English as a second language for three years. This experience further strengthened my command of English and helped me develop near-native proficiency.
Having always enjoyed writing and being a fan of casino games myself, I took up iGaming writing as a part-time gig in Malta. The island is well known as a European gambling hub, and the industry offered me an unexpected opportunity to turn my interest in writing and casino games into a career.
After returning to Bulgaria, I moved into iGaming full-time and gradually progressed through the ranks at WEBSA LTD — starting as a writer and eventually becoming a project manager for the Silentbet website.
A rare opportunity to earn a Graduate Certificate in Investing & Gambling (Risk & Return) from Deakin University is also one of the steps I took to solidify my career choice in the industry.
